There is no separate opt-in form listed for Hot Streak. You take part by playing an eligible game with real money during the campaign, and only bets placed inside those Wednesday and Saturday windows sit inside the prize rules.

The window is short on purpose. Eight to ten at night is after supper and before the late crash-game crowd takes over. Log in at 19:45, and those early spins do not count. Still spinning at 22:05, and those late spins do not count either. Open the game before 20:00 and treat 22:00 as a hard stop.
