How winners are confirmed

Each person can only claim one prize. After 20 November, Sunbet pulls the final ranking, checks the play, and contacts winners on the details tied to their accounts. No response or failed verification means the next name on the board moves up. If a listed prize becomes unavailable, they can replace it with something of equal or greater value.
