From Friday morning until Sunday night, if you've already made a deposit and received the promo SMS, you can get 50 free spins on 3 Clover Pots. Just make one deposit of R100 or more. These spins have no wagering requirements, and you can cash out up to R1,000 or R3,000, depending on your deposit amount.
Friday on the banner, Sunday on the clock
Playabets has the FAF Friday deposit offer running from 09:00 on 9 October 2026 through to 23:59 on 11 October 2026. Miss that window and the spins are gone. There is no rollover of unused claims into next week, and the terms say Playabets can pull the promo without notice if it wants to.
The pitch on the promo page is blunt on purpose. One deposit. Fifty spins. No points to bank, no tier to climb. That part is accurate. The part most people skip is who is actually allowed in.
Who the SMS is really for
- This is not a public reload. Playabets has limited it to players who have already made at least one deposit and who were sent the promotional SMS.
- If the message never landed, depositing R1,000 will not magically add the spins to the account.
- Within the promo window, it is also a first-deposit-only offer. A top-up of R100 for lunch and R500 for dinner does not result in two claims, nor does it improve the initial one.
- The first qualifying deposit is the one that sets the spin value. One player, one bite.
- Someone opening a Playabets account this weekend is in a different queue. New players are not on this list.
- The route for them is the welcome offer, claimed with the Playabets promo code NEWBONUS at sign-up: a 100% match up to R3,000 on a first deposit between R50 and R3,000, plus 50 free spins on Gates of Olympus if that deposit is R100 or more.
- Those welcome spins are also advertised with no wagering. The match itself is not free money. It has to be opted in on the promotions page or the deposit screen; winnings from the bonus funds are capped at R15,000, and the rollover is 35x on casino or 5x on Lucky Numbers, horse racing and sports at odds of 1.8 or better.
Same 50 spins, three different stakes
The count is fixed. Fifty. What changes is the value of each spin, and the most you can take off the game.
| Deposit | Spins | Value per spin | Game | Max winnings |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| R100 – R499 | 50 | R0.20 | 3 Clover Pots | R1,000 |
| R500 – R999 | 50 | R1.00 | 3 Clover Pots | R1,000 |
| R1,000+ | 50 | R3.00 | 3 Clover Pots | R3,000 |
A R500 deposit and a R999 deposit buy the same thing: R1 spins and a R1,000 ceiling. The jump that actually changes the promo is R1,000, where each spin is worth R3, and the cap moves to R3,000.
There is no wagering on the spins. Whatever they pay, up to that cap, is not sitting behind a 30x or 40x rollover. The cap is the rule. A hot run on the R0.20 spins still stops at R1,000. On the R3 spins, it stops at R3,000.
Why they parked it on 3 Clover Pots
Playabets picked the game. The spins are on 3 Clover Pots, a 3 Oaks Gaming slot that came out in March 2024, instead of the game the player wanted. It's a game with 5 reels, 3 rows, and 25 lines. It has a Hold and Win feature with three pots: Double, Mystery, and Collect. It also has fixed jackpots. The biggest jackpot, the Grand, pays 5,000 times the bet. The game's RTP is about 95.7%; it has medium-high volatility, and you can't buy the bonus.
That math matters less here than it does on a normal session, because the stake is set by the deposit band and the cash-out is already fenced. Fifty spins at R0.20 is R10 of stake. Fifty at R3 is R150. The slot can theoretically pay well above the promo cap. The promo will not.
How not to waste the deposit
Deposit the full amount you want your spins to be worth in one go. Splitting your deposit won't help.
You need to deposit at least R100 to qualify. If you deposit between R100 and R499, your spins will be worth less. The maximum you can win is R1,000, which is okay if you're just looking for a quick game. The R500 deposit is a bit of a trap because you pay more but still only have a maximum win of R1,000. Depositing R1,000 is the best option because it increases both the value of your spins and the maximum amount you can win.
