Lucky Fish still has seven Jackpot Race nights left this month. Bet R1 or more on selected Habanero games between 18:30 and 20:30 on Wednesdays and Fridays, and you can take a share of the cash when the jackpot is forced to drop.

The September races are still on

Lucky Fish’s Jackpot Race started on 5 August and ends on 30 September 2026. The full pool is a guaranteed R4 million in cash. A large slice has already been paid. About R1.7 million is still scheduled across the last seven sessions.

How each race works

Every session has three phases. Only the middle one qualifies you.

Waiting room

The jackpot amount shows on screen with a countdown. It cannot trigger yet.

Race window

18:30 to 20:30, Wednesdays and Fridays only. A R1 or bigger real-money bet on a listed Habanero game enters you. The jackpot must drop before 20:30. It does not roll over.

Payout

The second the jackpot fires, Lucky Fish ranks players by how close their qualifying bet was to that moment. Closest bets take the listed prizes. You can only win one position per race.

That last point is why people stay logged in for the full two hours. The drop can come at 18:32 or 20:28.

R200 000 nights — 9, 11 and 18 September

R250 000 nights — 16 and 23 September

Same R10 000 prizes at the top, but more winners further down the list. These two evenings have the most paid positions left in the campaign: 50 winners at R1 000, 60 at R700 and 66 at R500.

R300 000 nights — 25 and 30 September

These two close the promo and pay harder up top:

Two rules that catch people out

The minimum bet really is R1. Two things still knock you out.

Bonus spins and Fun Play do not count.

Your balance cannot hit zero mid-race.
