Kevin Hart is heading into the Pragmatic Play studio for two nights in early November, and betXchange players can chase a share of a R25 million Free Chips prize pool in the build-up.

How to Get In on the Kevin Hart Promotion

The whole thing is a network-wide Pragmatic Play promotion running from 19 October through the live sessions on 6 and 7 November. Prize pools are shared across participating operators, all prizes come from Pragmatic Play, and you need to opt in through a participating game to qualify.

If you do not have a betXchange account yet, the quickest path looks like this:

Register a new account and enter the betXchange promo code BETS at sign-up. That unlocks the current welcome bonus (free spins plus a deposit match or first-deposit protection style offer), so you have extra value to put toward qualifying bets.
Complete any required verification, deposit if you want to start with real-money play, then open any participating Pragmatic game.
Opt in via the in-game promotional prompt. Once you are opted in, you are in for the full campaign.

Existing players simply log in, open a participating game, and opt in the same way. From there, the three stages run automatically.

Play with Kevin: Collect the Letters

From 19 October until 2 November, you can win Free Chips by completing a word.

On any Pragmatic Play slot, collect the letters K, E, V, I and N. A letter drops randomly on a real-money bet (maximum one letter per bet).
On the six selected live casino games (Gates of Olympus Roulette, Amazing Baccarat, Mega Wheel, Mega Roulette, Money Time and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand), the word is PLAY instead.
Once you finish the word, you pick a chest and reveal your Free Chips prize.

Additional prizes are available while he is on air (Pragmatic has indicated more than 30,000 prizes across the wider campaign). The exact games he hosts will be confirmed closer to the dates.

Free Chips Rules That Matter

Free Chips usually credit within five minutes. If they do not, refresh the game or the live casino lobby.
Claim and use them within 48 hours of becoming available, or they expire.
Free Chips and real-money bets cannot be used in the same round.
Maximum Free Chips per round: four in Play with Kevin, three in Bet with Kevin.
Winnings are capped (examples: R372.37 on smaller packs, higher caps on larger packs). Once the cap is hit, remaining chips are forfeited.
Winnings are credited once all chips are used or the cap is reached.
