Risky Bet Earns Million-Rand YesPlay Payday

Guess which developer was behind the latest big win at YesPlay South Africa? Correct, the one that seems to be behind the lion’s share of notable jackpots from the platform and many others in recent months – Pragmatic Play.

On this occasion, the game of choice was Diamond Strike. What originally seems like just an appealing name quickly became a case of manifestation for the player involved.

With a R24,000 bet, there was surely at least a gut feeling.

Or was the R1,064,000 win truly a moment of magic? Others would argue that a 44.33x multiplier is far from out of this world, and this win was simply a reward for their bravery.
