Betway Lucky Rush

Betway’s Lucky Rush is a weekly leaderboard promotion running until Sunday the 3rd of August 2025.

Whether you’re a new or existing Betway customer, you can take part by playing selected Playtech slot games and earning points based on your performance.

There are cash prizes up for grabs, with a total of R9,750,000 to be won by up to 25,000 participants.

How to Take Part

To enter Lucky Rush, log in to your Betway account and choose a qualifying Playtech slot. You’ll need to click or tap “Join” when prompted to take part in that week’s leaderboard.

It’s important to do this each week you wish to compete, as joining once does not carry over to future weeks.

Once joined, your leaderboard points are calculated by dividing your total winnings by your total wagered amount. For example, if you bet R2 and win R10, you’ll earn 5 points (10 ÷ 2).

Keep in mind that only your first 5,000 spins will count towards your points for each leaderboard. Also, if you leave a leaderboard and rejoin later, your previous points will be lost, and no extra spins will be added to your total.

Schedule

The promotion is split into five weekly leaderboards. You’ll need to opt into each one individually during the following time frames:

Week 1: 27 June - 3 July
Week 2: 4 - 10 July
Week 3: 11 - 17 July
Week 4: 18 - 24 July
Week 5: 25 July - 3 August

Leaderboard standings are updated around 15 minutes after each weekly period ends.

Prize Pool Distribution

As long as you finish with at least one point on the leaderboard, you’ll be eligible to win a cash prize, provided you are one of the 25,000 players who earn the most points.

The top performers each week will share a portion of the R9.75 million total prize pool, with the following amounts assigned to each position on the leaderboard:

You must have a valid Betway account and be at least 18 years old.
The promotion is open to South African citizens or residents only.
Only real-money bets placed on qualifying Playtech slots will count.
You need to opt into each week’s leaderboard separately.
Prizes are not transferable and can only be awarded to the verified winner.
Cash prizes are credited automatically at the end of each weekly period, but they may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.
If you are disqualified or found in breach of the terms, any prizes will be forfeited.
Betway may require additional documentation from winners to validate compliance with the rules.
Your image may be used in promotional content if you win a prize.
